The company is an unlisted public company with 154 shareholders. 
The company has 73,015,721 shares on issue.
The company in this round is seeking up to $500,000 at indicative 7cents per share.
Alternatives to Equity:
SAFE* set at 6cents (14% discount) to Equity and convertible note.
Convertible note @ 7 cents, 12% payable monthly, capital reductions after 6 months.
All shares shall be equally rating in the Holding Company.

The second round (TBD) objective is build to $0.10 within 18 months. Funds will focus solely on expansion of established profitable marketing & trading platforms in Australia/India with focus on early exit in some form.
